Golden Tickets and Pure Imagination: Vogelweh Elementary’s Dazzling Take on Willy Wonka Kids

Vogelweh Elementary School’s drama club transported audiences into a world of imagination and chocolate with its production of Willy Wonka JR. on May 14 and 15.

Adapted from Roald Dahl’s beloved book, the performance featured third through fifth graders in a vibrant retelling of the classic story. Directed by music teacher Mary Lee McGuire and with artistic design by art teacher Edith Allison, the play showcased the creativity and talent of Vogelweh’s young performers.
