Second Grader, Stella Rosario, was an international top five finalist in the recent Smithsonian American Art Museum Art Competition. The contest, which was held for DODEA contestants worldwide asked students to represent one of the five senses through their artwork. Stella chose feeling and described and illustrated the snuggly feeling of a warm coat on a cold day.
